Registering your agency

To register your firm or organization, from the Agency Billing log in page, click "Register Agency."

First you will be asked to validate your firm or organization does not have an existing account by entering:

  • Your Agency/Firm legal name
  • Email address

Note: The email address you provide will be the email used for all State Bar communications related to your Agency Billing account. 

Click "Validate" to proceed. 

Next, you will be asked to create your:

  • Sign In Account name, this is the name you will use to access your account,
  • Password
  • Short name, this can be the abbreviation of your agency/firm legal name 

Note: You are not able to change or update your account's Sign In Account name after you have registered your firm or organization. 

Click "Next" to proceed. 

Finally, complete the remaining registration information requested for your agency, which includes:

  • Assigning your agency type.
  • Providing the contact information for you firm or organization.
  • Providing the address information for your firm or organization.
  • Setting up your account security questions.

Note: Review the "Remember Computer?" section at the end of this page and check the box if applicable. 

Click "Submit" to finalize your account registration.
