Navigating the LLP Application Type and Guides

The guide below explains the two types of LLP registration applications. Each application is divided into segments, each with its own instructions. Follow the segments relevant to the application you are completing.

The two application types are:

  1. Annual Renewal Application – for LLPs currently registered with the State Bar.
  2. New Registration Application – for LLPs not currently registered with the State Bar.
  • Please Note: If the State Bar notifies an applicant that an application is incomplete, or otherwise fails to meet application requirements, the applicant will have sixty days to amend the application. If the applicant fails to meet requirements within this time, the application is deemed withdrawn. Abandoned applications are not eligible for refund.
