Navigating the LC Application Types and Guides
Each of the applications is divided into segments and each segment has a guide. Follow the segments, as needed, for the application you are completing.
The two application types are:
- New Registration Application – for LCs applying for Certificate of registration with the State Bar.
- Annual Renewal Application – for LCs currently registered with the State Bar.
Segment Overview for Each Application Type
The new and renewal applications have been designed to ensure that the initial registration process closely resembles the renewal process. This approach simplifies the renewal of registration for firms in subsequent years. The chart below illustrates the differences and similarities between the application types.
