An Agency Billing account Super Admin has the authority to manage account access for subsequent users.
As a Super Admin, to manage user access, go to the "User Profile" tile on your agency dashboard and click "Go to User Profile."
In your profile, scroll to the "User List" area to view the list of users associated with your account.
There are two available roles in Agency Billing:

Super Admin:
- Has access to all Agency Billing reporting features.
- Can manage users associated with the Agency Billing account, including changing user statuses.

Administrator:
- Has access to all Agency Billing reporting features.
- Cannot manage users associated with the Agency Billing account.
Key Responsibilities of a Super Admin:
- A Super Admin can update a user's status to "Active" or "Inactive."
- New users are automatically registered with an "Inactive" status.
- The Super Admin will receive email notifications for new access requests and is responsible for reviewing and granting access by updating the requesting user's status to "Active."
