Special Report Instructions
If you need to report any changes prior to the submission of your 2026 Annual Renewal next August, please sign into your Agency Billing profile and complete the following steps:
- Select Go To Law Corp in the Law Corp tile

- Select Go To Law Corp List

- Select Special Reporting from the buttons in the right-hand column

- After you have made the necessary changes, select Application Submission from the left-hand menu and lastly click the green Submit button.
You will receive a DocuSign email notification and must sign to complete the Special Report.
