To submit a semi-annual report: 1. Login to your Applicant Portal. 2. Click on the Approved LOSP Notice of Intent case. 3. Complete the requested information and save the record. 4. On the next screen on the right side, in the box titled "Files", click "Add Files." 5. Upload all 6 graded exams with their cover sheets and the LOS Session Materials Studied form. 6.
