How To Submit My LOSP Semi-Annual Reports?

Semi-annual reports must be submitted within 30 days of ending the study session and must contain the report form, six monthly graded exams, and payment of the required fee.

To submit a semi-annual report:

  1. Login to your Applicant Portal.
  2. Click on the Approved LOSP Notice of Intent case.
  3. Complete the requested information and save the record.
  4. On the next screen on the right side, in the box titled "Files", click "Add Files."
  5. Upload all 6 graded exams with their cover sheets and the LOS Session Materials Studied form.
  6. Click the "Pay Now" button at the upper right hand side of the page, complete the required payment portion of the application, and submit.
