Get your bar card

Find how to access your bar card ordering options.

A bar card is available through My State Bar Profile once payment of your annual fees has been initiated online or a check payment is received and recorded. However, attorneys on active status may access and print a temporary paper bar card for the current year until March 1 or until the payment of annual fees is successfully initiated online or a check payment is received and recorded.

To access your bar card options, log into your My State Bar Profile and click the "Bar card, Receipt(s), & Documents" link in your profile menu.

Temporary Paper Bar Card

If you are an attorney on active status and have not yet initiated payment for your current year's annual fees, the "Temporary Paper Bar Card" option will be available.

Current year paper or plastic bar card

If payment of your annual fees has been initiated, the bar card ordering options will appear under the "Paper Bar Card" and "Plastic Bar Card" headings.

Please keep in mind that 50% of respondents to a State Bar survey indicated that they never use their bar cards. Please make sure a plastic bar card is needed before ordering.

Note: Plastic bar cards can only be mailed to your State Bar address of record. Plastic bar cards cannot be sent to any other address.
