If you do not remember your password, use the "Forgot Password?" option to reset your password.
After clicking the "Forgot Password?", you will be asked to enter your bar/MJP number along with your date of birth.
Next, you will be asked to respond to your previously set security questions.
Please note: You will be allowed a total of five attempts to respond to your security questions. After five unsuccessful attempts you will be locked out of your profile. To unlock your account you must contact us at 888-800-3400.
Then, if you correctly reply to your security questions, you will be asked to enter a new password. The password must be between 7 to 25 characters and contain at least 1 number.
Finally, once your new password is entered and accepted, you will be presented with a confirmation of your successful password change. You will be required to log in to your profile using your new password.
