Forgot your Sign In Account name?

Learn how to retrieve your Agency Billing Sign In Account name

You may watch the video below or follow the step-by-step instructions below to retrieve your Agency Billing Sign In Account name.

If you do not remember your Agency Billing Sign In Account name, you can use the "Forgot Password?" option to retrieve your Sign in Account name. Click "Forgot Password?" to begin. 

Note: Before attempting to reset your password, please confirm that you know the email address associated with the account.

If you do not have this information, first check with any prior or current users of the account within your agency or firm, as they may have the correct credentials on file. If you are still unable to locate the account information, you may contact us for assistance.

Maintaining and managing your account access information, including the Sign In Account name and associated email address, is the responsibility of the account holder and/or agency. Keeping this information current will help prevent delays in accessing your account.

After clicking "Forgot Password?", an Agency Information pop-up will appear. Enter the email address associated with your Agency Billing account to proceed with the password reset process. Click "Submit" to proceed. 

You will then be asked to answer one of your previously established security questions. Once you have entered your response, click "Submit" to proceed. 

Next, you will be asked to create and confirm a new password. Click "Next" to proceed. 

Finally, you will be required to update your security questions and answers. Click "Submit" to finalize your password reset. 

After you click "Submit", you will automatically be taken back to the Agency Billing log in page.

Check your email for the password reset confirmation message from noreply@calbar.ca.gov. This email will include your account's Sign In Account name. 

 

Finally, go back to the Agency Billing log in page to sign in with your Sign In Account name and your new password.
