Crimes involving moral turpitude include, but are not limited to, fraud, blackmail, forgery, robbery, burglary, theft, illegal use of a credit card and other financial crimes, possessing or transporting stolen property, domestic violence, sexual assault, or other crimes involving dishonesty.
